Northern Malaysia - Penang Authentic Char Kuey Teow Sauce is , and full with aromatic of soy sauce. It can be used as the flat rice noodles stir-fried with shrimp, bloody cockles, Chinese lap cheong (sausage), eggs. It brings the truly local Penangties hawker food taste to every family.



Penang Char Kuey Teow Sauce Recipe


Ingredients


  1. Kuey Teow (360g - 450g)

  2. ITP Foods Penang Char Kuey Teow Sauce (1 pack)

  3. Bean sprouts (100g)

  4. Cloves garlic, chopped finely (3 pieces)

  5. Fresh shrimp (9 pieces)

  6. Egg (3 pieces)

  7. Steamed chives (3 - 4cm)

  8. Any preferred ingredients 




Cooking Method


Step 1: Heat oil, add in chopped garlic and fry until aromatic.

Step 2: Add in prawns and stir fry until half cooked.

Step 3: Add in kuey teow and ITP Foods Penang Char Kuey Teow Sauce. Stir fry until the sauce is well combined.

Step 4: Add in bean sprouts, garlic chives and egg. Fry with kuey teow until fully cooked and serve.
