Penang Char Kuey Teow Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Kueh Teow (800g-1kg)
ITP FOOD Char Kway Teow Sauce (1 pack)
Bean sprouts (100g)
Garlic (2/3)
Fresh shrimp (16 pieces)
Egg (1/2)
Steamed chives (3-4cm)
any favorite toppings
Cooking Method
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 2: Add shrimp and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Step 3: Add Kway Teow noodles and ITP FOODS Char Kuey Teow Paste. Stir-fry until the sauce is well-coated.
Step 4: Add bean sprouts, chives, and eggs. Stir-fry until the noodles are fully cooked. Enjoy!
