Sambal Fried Rice

Sambal fried rice is a classic Malaysian-style fried rice, flavored with the rich and spicy sambal sauce. It is stir-fried with ingredients like eggs, shrimp, and chicken. The fried rice has an orange-red color and a savory, spicy, and slightly sweet taste. It is often served with cucumber slices, a fried egg, or fried chicken, making it a simple yet flavorful dish!


 

Sambal Fried Rice Recipe


Ingredients


  1. ITP FOODS Sambal Chilli Sauce (1 pack)

  2. Rice

  3. Vegetables (according to personal preference)

  4. Other preferred ingredients


 


Cooking Method


Step 1: Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic and chicken.

Step 2: Add an egg, stir-fry, and then add rice to the pan.

Step 3: Open the ITP FOODS Sambal Chilli Sauce package and pour it over the rice, stir-frying until fully cooked.

Step 4: Add vegetables and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

Step 5: Now it's ready to be served.
