Thai Steam is a famous dish in Thailand taste spicy and sour. Freshly made from chilies and garlic. Best served with seafood.



Thai Steam Recipe


Ingredients


  1. ITP Foods Thai Steam Paste (1 pack)

  2. Fish (300 grams)

  3. Fresh Shrimp (200 grams)

  4. Squid (200 grams)




Cooking Method


Step 1: Steam the seafood in a steamer for 10 minutes.

Step 2: After 10 minutes, take out the ITP Foods Thai Steam Paste packet and soak it in hot water.

Step 3: Cover the steamer and wait for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Open the sauce packet and pour the sauce over the seafood.

Step 5: Stir well and ready to serve.
