RECIPE INFO-PENANG PASTE

Ingredients


  1. ITP FOODS Char Kuey Teow Paste (1 packet)
  2. Rice noodles (500 grams)
  3. Fresh shrimp (3 pieces)
  4. Eggs (2)
  5. Chicken (50 grams)
  6. Garlic (5 grams)
  7. Vegetables (as desired)
  8. Cooking oil (2 teaspoons)

Method


Step 1: Heat cooking oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and chicken until fragrant.

Step 2: Add 2 eggs, stir-fry briefly, then add rice noodles.

Step 3: Open a packet of ITPFOODS Char Kway Teow Paste and pour it over the rice noodles. Stir-fry until cooked thoroughly.

Step 4: Add vegetables and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

Step 5: Now it's ready to be enjoyed.
