Penang Char Kway Teow

Ingredients


  1. Kueh Teow (800g-1kg)
  2. ITP FOOD Char Kway Teow Sauce (1 pack)
  3. Bean sprouts (100g)
  4. Garlic (2/3)
  5. Fresh shrimp (16 pieces)
  6. Egg (1/2)
  7. Steamed chives (3-4cm)
  8. any favorite toppings

Method


Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 2: Add shrimp and stir-fry until partially cooked.

Step 3: Add Kway Teow noodles and ITP FOODS Char Kuey Teow Paste. Stir-fry until the sauce is well coated.

Step 4: Add bean sprouts, chives, and eggs. Stir-fry until the noodles are fully cooked. Enjoy!
