Prawn Paste Fried Rice

Ingredients


  1. ITP FOODS Hokkien Prawn Mee Paste (1 packet)
  2. Chicken (50 grams)
  3. Egg (1)
  4. Vegetables (a small amount)
  5. Garlic (5 grams)
  6. Onion (5 grams)
  7. Cooking oil (1 teaspoon)

Method


Step 1: Heat cooking oil in a pan, then stir-fry garlic and onions until fragrant.

Step 2: Add chicken and stir-fry until partially cooked.

Step 3: Add vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.

Step 4: Add cooked rice and stir-fry for a minute to loosen it up.

Step 5: Add the ITP FOODS Hokkien Prawn Noodle paste packet and stir-fry until well combined with the rice and other ingredients.

Step 6: Push the rice to one side of the pan, crack an egg on the other side, and stir-fry until cooked. Then mix it with the rice.

Step 7: Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
