Penang Char Kuey Teow Sauce Recipe


Ingredients


  1. ITP Foods Penang Char Kuey Teow Sauce (1 packet)

  2. Rice noodles (500 grams)

  3. Fresh shrimp (3 pieces)

  4. Eggs (2)

  5. Chicken (50 grams)

  6. Garlic (5 grams)

  7. Vegetables (as desired)

  8. Cooking oil (2 teaspoons)




Cooking Method


Step 1: Heat cooking oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and chicken until fragrant.

Step 2: Add 2 eggs, stir-fry briefly, then add rice noodles.

Step 3: Open a packet of ITP Foods Penang Char Kuey Teow Sauce and pour it over the rice noodles. Stir-fry until cooked thoroughly.

Step 4: Add vegetables and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

Step 5: Now it's ready to be enjoyed.
