Adobo Recipe
Ingredients
ITP FOODS Adobo Sauce (1 pack)
Chicken (800 grams)
Garlic (10 grams)
Water (200ml)
Cooking oil (1 spoon)
Cooking Method
Step 1: Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
Step 2: Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Open one pack of ITP FOODS Adobo Sauce and pour it into the pan, stir-frying with the chicken.
Step 4: Now, pour in 200 milliliters of water and stir evenly. Let it come to a boil.
Step 5: After 20 - 25 minutes, the chicken should be cooked and ready to eat.
